This project involved the realignment of the rear boundary between two properties so as to allow our client to switch the position of a granny flat onto a larger allotment for the main residence, create a smaller allotment for other residence and enable their family members to age in place. The personal value far outweighed the development value, and I know that the client was enormously relieved and grateful for the result.
